The Orthodontics Process

When a new patient calls, he or she speaks to the receptionist and provides basic information necessary to schedule the first appointment. An informational packet is then sent to the patient's home.

When the patient comes in for the initial appointment, Dr. Brochu completes his finding and meets with the parent or adult patient to make his recommendation for treatment. A quote of fees is presented at this time. Following the exam, the parent or patient can meet with the office manager to discuss payment options and insurance questions. If the decision is made to start treatment, an appointment is scheduled for diagnostic records.
