Your time is extremely valuable, which is why we maintain an efficient and precise schedule. Your appointed time is reserved for you, and we will see to it that you are treated promptly.

Late arrivals and cancellations are understandable. Please make note that if you are late for a lengthier appointment, a reschedule may be in order. If you must cancel an appointment, please notify us no less than 24 hours in advance. Additional fees may apply after cancelling three appointments without notification. Dr. Brochu is authorized to provide an approved excuse slip for any school absences caused by an appointment.
