Brochu Orthodontics understands that making an investment in a new smile may seem overwhelming at first. We ensure that our team is here to assist you in submitting your insurance forms, discussing our payment options, and instilling the confidence that your perfect smile is worth the treatment.

-INSURANCE-

Our office accepts nearly every type of insurance, and we are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Due to the variance of insurance providers, we can provide you with an estimate of your coverage, but cannot guarantee coverage. While coverage limits will be confirmed by your provider, we will assist you by submitting your claims once the treatment has started.

It is important to know that orthodontic insurance generally differs from regular dental insurance in that each insured individual usually has a lifetime maximum benefit for all orthodontic services.

We ask that for your first appointment, you please bring an insurance form with the subscriber section completed and the authorization statements signed. If an insurance form is unavailable, please bring your dental insurance card. We are happy to convene our patients with assistance in submitting both predetermination and initial insurance claims pertaining to the charges for the care rendered in our office.
